      Fantastic working environment, standard procedure

      Pros

      World leading aviation company with a standard working procedure, with lean 6 sigma strategy. Respectful to individual ideas and contribution.

      Cons

      The standard procedure sometimes slowing down the efficiency.The projects sometimes are long with the suppliers due to the inconsistency of the procedures.

      Pros

      Working environment is relatively relaxed and friendly. Generally, people are very willing to listen and intially policies on ensuring everything is done to process or it stops sound promising.

      Cons

      Resource is very limited, work is repetative and mainly (in my short experience) involves trying to fix process holes and gaps in legacy information, or repative review tasks which means there is no room for innovation or new techniques and ideas.

      It's great to work with the New technology. Always exciting deliverables and projects to work on with new and exciting principles.

      Opposition to change within teams. long working hours during deadlines and sometimes the lack of management planning Throughout projects..
