      Pros

      Good benefits but they got rid of the pension plan before I got there. So not quite as good as it used to be

      Cons

      It’s one of those very large shops where your just a number. So many people work there that you could work there for a decade and not know everyone’s name. Some people aren’t very nice and many ppl will tell on you for doing something wrong.

      I feel genuinely trusted and valued as an employee here. Communication is clear and consistent, which makes it easy to stay aligned and do my job well. There is a strong culture of continuous improvement, and people are always willing to support and help one another, creating a really collaborative and positive work environment
