1. Bureaucracy at all level. 2. Unjust payment. 3. Totally money centric, only bragging about employee growth, welfare, etc. 4. Some of the worst line managers. 5. Partiality throughout the organization. 6. Quality is only on papers. 7. All lies by HR during hiring process.
