      GE HealthCare provides a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload, but it is also a great place to learn. Many colleagues are highly capable and experienced, making it a strong platform for professional growth.

      Cons

      However, like many large corporations, there are layers of bureaucracy, and in some non-core R&D areas, there can be a noticeable gap between talk and execution. A minority of team members may contribute less in terms of delivery while being highly vocal, which can sometimes affect team productivity and morale.

      Lots of opportunities and learning experiences. You can do anything here. Almost all of my colleagues have worked at the company for most of their careers which speaks very highly of the organization.

      Company can seem bureaucratic at times.
