      Pros

      Good people, good mission. Overall a decent place to be, but you couldn't exactly be expecting huge amounts of upward mobility when you were at this place.

      Cons

      Bad communication all around. Budgetary issues in IT, that seemed to be everywhere. No real upward advancement, unless your boss was to leave or transfer out.

      Pros

      Respect and value its People Recognise people for their effort Work Life Balance Employee Friendly policies Growth Opportunities for right candidate Senior Management is always approchable HR's are very good and always to help you. Company processes are quite fast. In odd situations, Employee comes first then work.

      Cons

      Leads are not so efficient as compared to their experience and they should develop capabilities to show directon and in decision making. Leads doesnt take responsibility and they just know only to delegate things.

      Pros

      Very steady employer during a horrific economy. Clear direction of where the company is going. Excellent leaders, smart coworkers, and they challenge you to solve complex and challenging problems. You can take on as much work as you want, and they'll always encourage you to take more.

      Cons

      Pay is far below other employers. It used to be that GE made up for lower-than-average pay with great benefits, steady employment, and good training. The new benefits structure has eliminated that positive, and the training has been scaled WAY back. So, now it's all the work without any of the compensation (other than exposure to Senior Leaders.)
