Big company, good location, parking lot, good lunch, flexible time arrangement, telephone, it, computer support, good benefits, gym place, big team

Cons

Big company, limited hr support, sometimes getting very political oriented, man culture, give favor do favor type attitude, not good salary. French oriented upper management.

Lack of established processes in some areas; too much in others Healthcare benefits - high deductible before coverage kicks in Showing employee appreciation in small ways via usual corporate ways such as t-shirts, a holiday party, festive holiday office decorations - at least a wreath or flower arrangement? ,baseball outing etc -- . Better information sharing across divisions
