Pros
Quality of people, challenging work. Large number of jobs have a significant scope compared to other companies within the same industry. In terms of the types of assignments, even mid level employees are in position of considerable responsibility. GE Healtcare has a very good benefits package and in most cases there is a strong sensitivity to work life balance.
Cons
Limited advancement and complex matrix structure. The structure of GE Healthcare is a complex matrix with many different dotted line reporting schemes. This makes it very unclear in some cases how to get a decision made. The number of tenured senior leaders makes advancement difficult and time consuming.
