Pros
Benefits are good. Training on new products is timely. GE is very supportive and patient when you have a life or family crisis. HR managers respect employees. Job security in the healthcare business is good and almost recession proof. Employee health and safety is a top priority at GE.
Cons
Individual acheivements are not always recognised. Career oportunities can be limited by personal politics. There is a disconnect between sales and customer support. Compensation for going the extra mile is not enough.
