      Pros

      Permissive vacation if you get a chance to take it, but don't worry they definitely make you work for it with extremely LONG work hours and weekends.

      Cons

      Bosses change every 18-24 months (or even less in some cases), but they recommend you don't change your position. Goals are constantly changing without direction. Raises of 2% don't outweigh the increase in health insurance premiums each year.

      Some of the teams are working on some important problems

      The middle management here is straight up incompetent and disrespectful. Many of the engineers are clueless and arrogant. I am ashamed to be associated with this mess of a company. If you're reading this do yourself a favor and get out or don't join

      Other Regions outside of the NY, New England an PA are still good I would stay clear of positions in this Area.

      Cons

      New Management practices Micro Management and Tied the Hands of all FE's in the Region. Replacing Older FE's with FE1 Positions at 1/3 the Rate and No longer offer Pensions Equipment Quality Issues are a Major Problem with the Company
