Large company, with opportunity to move to other domains

Cons

Salaries and benefits are a little below average at best. Salary numbers come from average statistics that ignore performance and capabilities Company tries to commoditize its employees, by ignoring the importance of proven capabilities and domain knowledge. Cronyism and discrimination are rampant and drive much of the opportunity in the company. Work/life balance is completely ignored. Too much overtime for too little pay.
