      Great Benefits, nice work environment

      Cons

      Work week exceeds 40 hrs. If you get an awful manager, you will need to transfer because they protect management over employees.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, but healthcare is terrible, costly and it gets worse every year. You seldom see anyone physically beaten, but mental flogging is common.

      Cons

      Absolutely no appreciation for prior contributions or sacrifices of the employee. "What have you done for me lately" attitude is pervasive. What used to be a well managed 'leadership factory' is now a Post-Grad, Frat Boy, academic think tank, full of lemmings who worships at the alter of the latest trend, common sense and experience be damned. If you go there, use them then discard them like a soiled tissue before they do the same to you. Which they will.
