      Pros

      Always pushing the envelope both from technology and execution sides. Extremely talented technology team members. significant investment in new product introduction.

      Cons

      At times feels like a boot camp. In the long run it is probably beneficial to tackle the worst scenarios @ workplaces. Planning at all higher levels is need of serious reality check. Over committed and under resourced. Too much or red tap and extremely bureaucratic design process that hinders the agility of the technology team.

      Pros

      Global reach is very good with locations employees in all of the BRIC countries. Strong focus on global growth and expansion.

      Cons

      Very centralized decision making at the HQ level and multiple levels of approval required for seemingly simple transactions such as small value indirect purchasing and low dollar sales orders.

      If you have confidence then you can work on anything and everything...sky is the limit. Good training programs and lot of money is spent on training.

      Cons

      Too much time spent on meetings...If you are working in India then you end up working late nights almost all the days...
