Independent work with exposure to commercial teams and product management. Allowed me to work remotely. Great teams and direct management.

Cons

Got a bit redundant and wasn't as challenging as I had hoped. I didn't have enough customer exposure. Would have liked the chance to travel more.

Very autonomous work environment. Direct management is very supportive. Plenty of career opportunities with a wide variety of positions and locations.

Cons

Heavily bureaucratic, senior engineers unwilling to try something new, this is the way we have always done it. Very risk averse.
