Pros

Unlimited access to resources and opportunities for growth, great pay and benefits packages, ability to move between different departments and regions.

Cons

Confusing operating systems and workflows, autocratic senior management that is often focused on getting to the next role while choose to disengage from the problems facing their teams hence make asking for support a burden.

Pros

Challenging projects, high level of responsibility and good salary. Benefits are fair, but pension no longer offered. Strong management training program.

Cons

Business objectives are not clear as company transitions in a digital direction. Management structure was bulky, but is flatting and maybe becoming less transparent. Shifting corporate priorities resulting in force reductions.
