Pros
- The senior management is very flexible with regards to working from home and work life balance altogether. - Pay is very good. - There are plenty of opportunities to advance. - Most managers seem to employ hands off approach as long as you do your work.
Cons
- Senior leadership could be a bit more transparent with LPBs and SPBs on the direction of decisions etc. - A bit sluggish to react to increasing inflation environment, but that's understandable considering the sheer size of the company.
