Pros

1) the best thing about this company is perfect work-life balance 2) all the policies are in best interest of employee 3) Best holiday policies... if you apply in advance no one will reject your application regardless project urgency. 4) Nice work culture ..depends if you don't get into politics.. which you will find every where.. but in this company you will find less 5) Floor manager is very co-operative and so are the HR managers 6) Best work timings.. flexible timings .. 7) Good canteen and good food 8) Many other small facilities which are not suitable to type here.. but trust me management takes care of there employee and their basic needs 9) With proper reasoning they will understand your problems and give you lots of flexibility I would strongly recommend any one who would like to finally settle down for a long run .. this is the company

Cons

1) Growth is limitied 2) Monotonous job 3) Need to know basis work culture 4) Salary hike is same as per market standards ... regardless you outperform

Pros

-The facilities provided by the company are good. -Great canteen. -You'll get a lot of free time to do other work whilst in the office. -Reduced working i.e 9hrs + 5 days a week is a boon -You get 30 Paid leaves which is amazing -Getting leaves sanctioned is not an issue

Cons

-No team work what so ever -In the Global Engineering Unit of GEA, Indian Employees are just cheap laborers and they are only allotted with drafting tasks despite having a Design Engineer title. -Individual growth is distant dream -Life at GEA is mundane and the company fails it's employee to provide enough challenges. -Most of the time you'll be sitting idle as they don't have enough tasks.
