      Pros

      Enjoyed the time working for GEA, smart people, made great friends, good benefits, European mentality, Enjoyed working with colleagues around the world (specially Netherlands). Company with lots of potential, Great technology and resources. Had a bad experience at the end with a person however I still give the company 4 out of 5.

      Cons

      Company changed customer focus to stock holder focus. Does not take care of their own employees (most valuable assets). Surviving environment. Lack of motivation. Lots of room for improvement.

      Great pay and bonuses, ok benefits, casual office environment, colleagues are nice, not political

      Cons

      They really go by the book, sometimes a lot of red tape, old fashioned.
