      Pros

      Dedicated and professional staff in all functions. Good attitude between colleagues, a lot of helping and sharing. Great products and learning opportunities. High degree of social capital in the company. Product pride, professional pride. Very good career, development and international assignment opportunities for engineering staff and management. Extremely high retention rate.

      Cons

      The opportunity for flexible working hours are limited/not existing. Holiday entitlements are below market. High level of centrally driven bureaucracy. Big distance from HQ views to the reality of operations. Outsourcing of vital support functions in process. Lack of investment in systems and process optimization is an added daily challenge. Non-engineering functions are behind market on pay.
