      Pros

      work life balance is awesome! but all depends on your supervisor. I just got a great one. 17 PTO on first year and additional one day PTO per additional year of service, up to six weeks max. 11 fed holidays. 401k match. match is above industry std. base pay is decent. above median as compared to Chicagoland pay

      lots of work. too many with such short hours in a day.

      Plenty of opportunity to problem solve and think critically; plenty of autonomy.

      Cons

      Minimal accountability, a lot of employees who get away with bad behavior/work, but we rarely see anything done about it. Discouraging for employees who are putting in quality work.
