      Thank you for the review. We values our employees and pride ourselves with being responsive. However, as you can imagine, we receive lots of input and suggestions. We have to balance that input as it relates to the long-term objectives of the Company, as well as, how it relates to our fellow colleagues.       Great pay, overtime opportunity, good work culture (coworkers)

      Cons

      Management is driving us straight into bankruptcy because of their selfish, self-preservation mentality to cover their butts and point the reason for the dysfunction at everyone else. They are all weak, unqualified leaders who only got these positions because of the "boys club."
