We agree that we have good people and a variety of learning and development opportunities (tuition reimbursement, safety, project management, QA/QC, risk management, etc.) while working on challenging and important projects for our clients. While most of our senior staff are accomplished client relations managers, we also have strong technical experts who have advanced far within the organization. Their expertise and dedication have played a significant role in our success and growth. We are sorry to hear about your experience with our benefits. We annually review our benefits package to make sure it meets or exceeds market benchmarks and that it includes innovative benefits, such as generous time off policies and programs that support the well-being of our employees and loved ones. Taxes on benefits, like compensation, are dependent upon local, state, and provincial laws and something we keep in mind while working to meet the needs of our staff.
