Pros

Everyone at behaves with a high level of professionalism and respect toward all their colleagues. I made a transition from a similar role at a different firm, and have felt welcomed, respected, and valued from day one.

Cons

No real cons, but like many other engineering consultants, the transition to a hybrid workplace has its ups and downs
