We do have high professional expectations, which are important so our client’s needs are met or exceeded, and allow us to maintain our commitment to excellence. We encourage sharing work and collaboration across branches and regions. We are proud of the culture we’ve established and continue to cultivate. We do have a high employee retention rate and our employees tell us that overwhelmingly that they recommend GEI as a great place to work. During the COVID-19 pandemic when the majority of GEI employees have not been working in the office, most of our administrative employees were also set up to work from home. As our offices reopen, our administrative employees are critical to daily operations, so we need their presence in the office on a regular basis.
