Thank you for giving us feedback about our great employees, compensation and total rewards, learning opportunities and culture. We are proud of the culture we’ve established and continue to cultivate. We do have a high employee retention rate and our employees tell us that overwhelmingly that they recommend GEI as a great place to work. During the COVID-19 pandemic when the majority of GEI employees have not been working in the office, most of our administrative employees were also set up to work from home. As our offices reopen, our administrative employees are critical to daily operations, so we need their presence in the office on a regular basis.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting we’re a “great place to work.” We do, indeed, care tremendously about our employees from supporting their career success to their overall health, safety and well-being. We have career opportunities and programs designed to support employees thriving long-term at GEI. We also have areas we’re aware of that we need to focus on for improvement, but appreciate you mentioning you can’t think of any “cons” at GEI.
