We’re glad to hear that you were able to gain valuable experience while working at GEI. As we grow, we have experienced some growing pains, but those growing pains mean that we’re successfully delivering even more services to our clients and are able to provide rewarding career opportunities to an ever-growing number of employees. As we continue to plan for our growth, we evaluate our priorities so that we continue to add value to our client’s projects. We just finalized our five-year strategic plan to help focus our efforts and successfully support growth. We’ve thoughtfully added leadership as we’ve grown and remain below the industry benchmark for overhead costs with a lean executive leadership team of only five professionals that each fulfill multiple roles.
