Learn from employees, some of whom are excellent teachers (Ted Dunsford). Flexible hours, and the workplace is like a giant family. Fun place to work.

Cons

Roles can be a bit ambigious or assignment tasks not too well defined. Specifications can change as well.

Flat organization, opportunities for advancement, and employee-owned. GEI is also a very collaborative organization and one while mid-sized, can compete with the largest global companies out there.

Cons

High growth puts stress on culture, will be interesting to see how the next few years play out.
