•Tons of material to be learned •How rude and condescending these customers are on the phone. You gotta deal with a lot of disrespect from these clients, and if you get a survey and they disagree with the liability decision EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE AT FAULT, or simply because THEY DON’T HAVE the coverage, they will STILL be mad and give you a poor survey, which can affect your score significantly. Excellent: 100 Very Good: 75 Good: 50 Poor: 0 Anything below 100% IS BAD! ADJs don’t have control of what these clients rate us on, which is VERY unfair.

- Really good experience with management and learning process with the job. -Good team player environment. - Lot’s of opportunities for raises and promotions. - This is a really great job but not for the faint of heart. If you truly care about the people you talk to (even if they are not the best) even the hard calls end with a smile

Cons

- You need to be patient with people. There are good days where there’s plenty of nice people but the bad days can get to you. - Lots of learning and adaptation needed.
