Pros

Pay among the best offered in area Full-time

Cons

Company has a huge issue with how information travels between higher ups, was very common for many supervisors to have different answers for just about anything, You really feel just like a number with no say in much of anything. The computer system for claims feels outdated and seemed to crash at least once a month. They laid off many workers in 2023 and they laid off all of the seasoned supervisors and we were left with 2 managers who have been with the company for only a year or two. Offered work from home but quickly stopped it within less than a year of employment.

Pros

Decent starting pay, 6% 401k matching, SOME wfh

Cons

Mandatory in office days, constantly changing metrics so they can put you on a pip and disguise layoffs as performance issue, rude customers, layoffs, piling work from other departments they got rid of on remaining employees, mental manipulation
