      Direct reported manager is reasonable

      Cons

      Toxic culture, very little pay and high expectation of work return as GEICO is one of those FLAG companies. Recently they laid off a lot of people and even an AVP with multiple directors report to him. A company without any sympathy and I would say being loyal to this company the most stupid thing you can ever do. Just don't join if you have other options.
