Pros

Paid training. It was convenient to my home

Cons

This is a failed system. It is a hold over from some other archaic period of time. The promise of opportunity is held in front of you. Once you leave training, it is a pressure cooker. Leadership on the floor is generally clueless. This is an environment that is failing because of the entire DEI movement. So many individuals are in their role because they fit one of those criterion.
