      When you are off the clock, you are off the clock. Insurance premiums for Health, Dental & Vision isn’t the worst.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Very low raises (if any). Not as much specific training for the job.

      Program can run rather long aftr you finish and are waiting for a full supervisor post to open
