Everything else. Leadership changes were not managed well, things really shifted when they brought in an outside CEO.

Competitive salaries and raises when you are able to get them, it was a great place until they brought in Cap One execs who ruined it.

It was a good company in the past till around 2022

Cons

Everything post 2022. You cannot even now get justice at HR as there is no HR post 2022 when HQ HR was laid off. Now everything is a ticket with incompetent people.
