Pros
Good work-life balance, collaborative atmosphere, very stable, tons of fun events and family-like atmosphere despite being such a large company
Cons
They want to cultivate an environment similar to tech companies for their analytics/product management roles but still rely on old school top-down management structures/processes that don't always encourage innovation, management is out of touch with the things that interest/inspire young employees (particularly young urban professionals), concerns/suggestions on how to make the company more competitive in terms of employee retention are dismissed
