New leadership seems stable finally after many years of changes and reorganization. Knowledgeable coworkers and lots of opportunity to apply AI/ML to transform business processes, and fairly flexible on determining your project assignments
Cons
Still some larger corporation issues over honesty about remote work commitment, but not unique to Geico. Not offering the most competitive salaries, no bonuses, questionable remote work decisions.
