      Challenging Culture and Unsustainable Expectations

      A paycheck and some benefits.

      Cons

      Many issues stem from leadership and culture. Executive decision-making is extremely top-down, with little regard for employee feedback, including Glassdoor reviews. Quality is routinely sacrificed for speed. Lower-level managers lack the authority to drive change, yet are closely micromanaged and measured against unrealistic goals. The work-life balance is unsustainable, with long days and weekend work commonly expected in order to stay afloat.
