Pros

Coworkers and management are friendly Decent benefits Nice starting salary

Cons

Management is unresponsive to suggestions or change. Everything has a rule that must not be broken. Very little understanding for life outside of work. Cannot work from home. Expected to figure things out without proper guidance. Employees are recyclable according to them.

Pros

A job that pays the bills

Cons

- Benefits after 90 days - Medical benefits expire on the last day of employment. Geico does not permit employees to retain benefits for 30 days or until the end of the month like most employers! They only offer Cobra. The do not offer short term disability. Therefore, if you have a medical condition and have to be out for a period of time. Geico will force you to use your PTO and SICK time. Once that time is exhausted, you will not get paid. You will also be responsible for paying your biweekly premium to retain medical insurance. Just because people have a degree, does not mean that they are capable of managing people. Most of the supervisors that I had lacked people skills.
