Pros
You are so over worked that your day goes fast. Healthcare costs are low relative to other companies especially for family coverage.
Cons
You are treated like a walking scorecard. Unreasonable amount of workload with unreasonable expectations. They hype profit sharing all the time but your vastly under paid relative to industry standard and they also do not match your contribution to 401K. Their fast track program for new hires to become supervisors and managers is demoralizing and a complete joke.
