Pros

-benefits are great health, dental and vision -profit sharing check -you end up making life long friends there -fmla available after 1 year of employment

Cons

-highly micromanaged -no consistency in job function -there is poor communication between departments (sales, service and mortgage) and especially between supervisors getting inconsistent answers regarding questions you ask -limited time to "sign out" and use the restroom (if not on break or lunch) they will let you know you're not "signed in" enough taking calls if you exceed 8 minutes a day -many people there end up with health problems from the high stress the job caused mainly anxiety, migraines or depression - Management ends up putting more pressure on top performing agents making them burn out faster (you get to make up for the other people who do the bare minimum, fun right?)
