Dwindling and dwindling each and every day.

Cons

Everything. Compensation does not match market value. Pay increases and promotions are gate kept or outright eliminated. Recent return to office is mandated. Profit sharing has been eliminated. Directionless changes to the companies policies and metrics and a complete failure from supervisors/management to do their job outside of just having the title in the email signature.
