It was known for great benefits and job security

Cons

It’s become a toxic environment with less and less benefits. Todd combs took over and made it clear that work life balance, and Associate mental health is not a concern anymore. Layoffs and broken promises are now the norm and centralization has caused nothing but turmoil. Upper management is rude, unprofessional, unorganized, and self-serving. Most associates are looking for another job.
