Salary and training are good, profit sharing was the best part.
Cons
Working for and Insurance company can be morally corrupt. This job you get pulled in every direction, management, customers, vendors, body-shops. It can be very stressful if you want to succeed and grow. Offered management position and didn't want it, but if you're young and can take the hours and stress you can advance, especially if you're willing to relocate.
