Insurance benefits are very strong, pays partially for spouse and children HR is good

Cons

Dehumanizing culture, too obsessed with numbers, resistance to work from home, middle management opportunities obliterated after COVID and centralized to 1 location for each department.

•Tons of material to be learned •How rude and condescending these customers are on the phone. You gotta deal with a lot of disrespect from these clients, and if you get a survey and they disagree with the liability decision EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE AT FAULT, or simply because THEY DON’T HAVE the coverage, they will STILL be mad and give you a poor survey, which can affect your score significantly. Excellent: 100 Very Good: 75 Good: 50 Poor: 0 Anything below 100% IS BAD! ADJs don’t have control of what these clients rate us on, which is VERY unfair.
