pros- 401k match up to 6%, nice base pay for no college experience, good holidays, some PTO but highly regulated. food trucks come buy a lot but its not company provided

Cons

I had to go through a tough licensing process where I was not sure each day is I would still be employed. Then after completing that and getting my license, it continues to be grilling and am I going to be fired each day. - time you using a bathroom break, - PTO is limited a lot - high turnover across the company - must be able to handle angry customers a lot. - call center vibes, constant scoring to keep your job or get a raise.

Health benefits are decent with HMO and PPO plans, and can now include long term partners. 401k with matching. Hybrid work.

Cons

Long term employee and have seen many changes over the years, but never so much so quick as recently. Job stability also appears to be less stable than in past, though seemingly less concerning for claims representatives. High workload with hefty goals.
