Absolutely nothing...they'll hire anyone at this point

Cons

Everything!! This company has made changes that have sucked the life out of having an actual career you're literally there just to soak up call volume of upset customers because their claims aren't being handled properly due to poor design of departments Unrealistic metrics Horrible schedule options Severely low pay for this field Micromanaged is an understatement

Pay, benefits, good PTO. Some Managers care others are ineffective.

Cons

Upper management has no clue what is going on with the new verticals. Changes roll out without notice or explanation like RTO, changes to claims handling, etc
