Pros

FMLA is needed if you want to not be questioned about using sick time

Cons

You are treated like a number, not valued, I was followed into the bathroom by a supervisor who yelled at me for peeing when there were calls on hold. The customers do not matter either, they only celebrate good numbers such as who can take the most calls, not the quality of the customer service or helpfulness to the customer.
