Knows that it’s employees are over worked underpaid and wanting to die but they don’t care Currently being sued for not paying people for overtime

Absolutely no work/life balance. They say you get a lunch break but there’s no way to get anything done if you ever step away from your desk. The case load is impossible to get on top of. Needed time off for my son who had a serious diagnosis and was told I’m not committed enough. I ended up quitting.
