Constantly add more tasks to job but never any pay raises. Leaders try and feed you info to make cxompany sound good but they know it's all crap. COmpany also downsizing and constantly chaging metrics that make no sense. They promote in-house promotions but there's no real opportunities and everthing is secretive. You can usually find out about what's going to happen on Reddit before the company says anything.
