Lots of different schedules to choose from, you get interesting stories, supervisors can be really helpful when they're available, great pay for little education, super easy to just come to work and leave at the end of the day

Cons

Used to be a lot of opportunity to grow but the promotional process has changed, fewer opportunity for raises, talking on the phone to customers all day and in this day & age...people are awful.
