      Good opportunity to learn. You are able to hit the ground running.

      Horribly unethical company. The company is very cheap and has high rollover. They provide very little training.

      Cons

      Good luck advancing if you go any less than 5 stars in your ratings. Constantly changing the job requirements, PMTs are sometime biased and unfair, and for the love of God, DO NOT work night shift. The upper management's buddy-buddy with the day manager that handles night shift's stuff and sweeps everything under the rug. And if you're a supervisor that wants to mess around with employees, you're good. Also, you don't have time for the rest of your life while you're here. Expect to die from stress.

      GEICO is is the perfect example of a corporation that treats you like an expendable number than an actual human being. Avoid at all costs if you value the quality of your life and any hope on humanity you may have.
