Pros

Decent starting pay and in depth training along with many shift options.

Cons

Went from remote to hybrid. Cluttered system made in house makes navigation difficult and redundent. Constant updates on changes needed to learn. Constant micromanaging and team meetings. Expected to be ready to work soon as your shift starts, so you are expected to be at your desk and ready to sign in. which honestly feels like wage theft from the 10 -15 minutes you need to get the laptop running and signed in along with having all your applications ready to go. They did away with bonuses right after my groups training ended and went away from remote and is trying to have us all come in full time despite the fact we were all able to do our jobs without any issues from home for months. Feels like the excuse to come in is to micromanage us and felt less productive when I was working from a quiet enviornment to dealing with loud co-workers surrounding us. Coworkers raised frustration during a group meeting about being hired as remote and was told that they can quit if they didn't like it since they were not forced to work there. This was from a top brass that visited and was supposed to be in charge of running our location. Higher ups felt like you was talking to scripted bots when they do performance evaluation and it is odvious that they are not there to help you and want you to meet numbers to make them look better. They will use any excuse to nickel and dime you from getting promotions and it doesnt matter if you are one of the best performers in your location for months, they will try to give 20 cent raise compared to people who are less qualified who obtained 3 dollar raises depending on who is in charge of your teams, feels like favoritsm on promotions as well. Metrics they grade you on is not fair either, you could have a bad review from answering a call that a customer got dropped from a different agent and they don't put those into consideration and you will suffer for it and managment says nothing they can do about it. Constantly have to beg to get supervisor help with upset customers and you will be stuck with a pissed off client sometimes for 20 minutes because a supervisor is in a group meeting and ignores you. They try to make you feel like "family", but will throw you under the bus as soon as you seem inconvenient to them.
